These Terms govern your use of mellouk-beauty.com.br and related services operated by Mellouk Beauty, a beauty salon in Pituba, Salvador, Bahia, Brazil (“we”, “us”). By using our website or services you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We offer hair, nails, brows, makeup and facial care services. Appointments can be booked through our website or WhatsApp. Prices and availability shown online may change without notice.
2. Bookings and cancellations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you cannot attend, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings, such as a booking deposit.
3. TikTok integration
Mellouk Beauty uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to publish our own salon content (for example short videos of our work) to the Mellouk Beauty TikTok account. If you connect a TikTok account to our website or tools, we access only the data and permissions you authorize (such as basic profile information and permission to upload or publish videos to that account), and we use them only to provide the features you requested. We do not post anything without your action or authorization. You can disconnect at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, photos, logos, music and videos, belongs to Mellouk Beauty or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our website. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data, including data received through TikTok, is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
9. Governing law and contact
